About CMCEA
Canadian Music and Cultural Exchange Association（CMCEA） is a Vancouver-based cultural organization dedicated to fostering global connection through music. With a mission to bridge cultures, generations, and artistic communities, CMCEA provides an open platform where young musicians, ensembles, educators, and cultural leaders from around the world engage in meaningful artistic exchange.
One of CMCEA’s central initiatives is the Vancouver Resonance Festival (VRF)—an international youth music festival that celebrates musical excellence, cultural dialogue, and the spirit of global collaboration. VRF brings together ensembles from across the world for performances, masterclasses, educational workshops, and cultural immersion programs, showcasing both the creative energy of Canada and the diversity of the global music community.
