Submit your ensemble’s basic information, member roster, and repertoire list.

Final confirmation of participation will be issued by 2027 / 02 / 15 .

After acceptance of the group a non-refundable registration fee of CAD 500 will be directly invoiced by the VRF Festival
– CAD 3.500 to confirm your reservation upon confirmation (will be deducted from your final invoice)
– 20 % Deposit payment till October 25, 2026 (of which 10% is NON-refundable)
– 40 % Deposit payment till February 15, 2027
– Final payment till April 15, 2027
This is a flexible itinerary.
Except for confirmed appointments and performances, the places of interest and the sequence of sightseeing might be changed if necessary. In the event of an unavoidable conflict in the performance and sightseeing schedule, the concert schedule will prevail, and it may be necessary to exclude some sightseeing activities.
– 10 % cancellation fee of the total package price till October 25, 2026
– 30 % cancellation fee of the total package price till February 28, 2027
– 60 % cancellation fee of the total package price till April 15, 2027
– 90 % cancellation fee of the total package price till May 15, 2026
– From May 16, 2027 NO refund
