VRF Celebration/exchange performance

All participating groups must participate in public welfare additional public performances held in downtown Vancouver or surrounding areas.

Each show lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
  • The repertoire of the self-selected performance must be submitted at the same time as the competition registration form.
  • Once submitted, the performance repertoire cannot be changed.
  • Please clearly indicate the expected performance duration of each piece in the registration information.
  • The number and arrangement of public welfare additional public performances will not be canceled or changed in principle after being confirmed by the Vancouver Resonance Festival (VRF) Organizing Committee.
  • The organizer is not responsible for providing musical instruments or technical equipment required for public welfare additional public performances.
  • Most of the choir performance venues will provide pianos or electronic keyboards, depending on the venue conditions.
  • If the team needs additional equipment, they must contact VRF’s art or hospitality partners as soon as possible to assist with relevant arrangements.
  • The costs incurred due to the rental of any equipment shall be borne by the participating teams, and the organizer shall not bear any relevant costs or responsibilities.
